The Backstory

I have spent my career in the arena—not on the sidelines.

Built global finance and procurement hubs across India, China, UAE, Europe and LATAM. Led $100M+ cost transformations. Redesigned operating models where structure didn’t exist. Ran the Business Transformation Office at DAMAC.

The pattern I kept seeing: talented leaders stuck not because of capability but because the system beneath them wasn’t built for the speed they needed.

So I became an executive coach and when I saw leaders fighting systems that coaching alone couldn’t fix—I started building those too.

The combination is rare. Most coaches haven’t operated at scale. Most operators don’t coach. I do both.
